Even at the age of 46, I am always on a mission to lose weight or after having lost weight, maintain it! My cousin recommended this book some time ago and although I haven’t yet read it, he swears by the book. I don’t think it’s ever too late to figure out the best way for you to eat, lose weight, get fit, etc., so maybe this book will help you out, and help me as well!
